Privacy Policy

Data we process

Account data (name, email, password hash), connected channel data from Meta's Instagram Messaging API and WhatsApp Cloud API (account ids, usernames, message content, comment content), payment events from providers you connect, and usage metrics.

ManyChat connection

If you connect ManyChat, our browser extension reads your own ManyChat session (a cookie and a CSRF token) from your browser when you click Connect, and sends it to AirCloser over HTTPS. We store it encrypted and use it only to read your ManyChat Live Chat history so your AI closer can learn how you sell. The session is read-only; we never send messages or change anything in your ManyChat account. Imported chats are anonymised (names, emails, phone numbers and links are masked) before they inform your closer, and are never quoted to your leads. Disconnect in Settings to delete the stored session, or remove the extension to revoke access.

Why we process it

To display your inbox, generate AI replies you configured, track sales, and bill your plan. Message content is sent to the AI model provider you select solely to generate replies.

Retention and deletion

You can disconnect a channel or delete a workspace at any time; associated messages are deleted. Meta data-deletion requests are honoured through our deletion callback.
